Return policy
We accept returns of artwork in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return of the items in the same condition as it was purchased and the cost of the packaging, shipment, and insurance. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the gallery within 20 calendar days for a return authorization. Please note, you must return the item within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the return authorization. We will offer you a refund based on your original form of payment.
We recommend that you use UPS Packaging Store for shipment of the return. Kartina Gallery is not responsible for any loss or damage of items that are being returned.
